Rocket Reviews is committed to privacy. We do not share any information that you don’t want us to share. We don’t sell any information about you our your customers to third parties, period.

Rocket Reviews enables businesses to increase their online reviews via an intuitive review request process via email or text message.

Customer information that you submit is stored on our servers in the cloud and is available to you via our reporting. If you have enabled webhooks, or any type of API integration, then your customer information will also be available through those integrations or sources. It is your responsibility to ensure that you do not make any personally-identifiable information public.

We will use your information to send you real-time notifications about useful events that happen in your account, or when we add new features and we want you to know about it. We will not spam you for any reason, ever.

Exercising your privacy rights

We are required to verify your identity or authority before responding to your request. Once we’ve verified who you are, we’ll try and respond to your request or query as soon possible, and no later than 20 business days after we receive it.

Getting a copy of your info
